The Just So Festival in Cheshire has unveiled part of its 2015 programme, which promises to delve lucky even further into the curious world of magic, mayhem and daydreams.

Just So, which takes place from August 21-23 at Rode Hall in Scholar Green, boasts the very best in UK theatre, European street art as well as esteemed children’s authors and the best ommpah loompah tubas of up and coming British musicians.

Based upon the theme Travel, Just So immerses audiences in a world of exploration with roaming adventurers.

Prepare to tackle the high seas for piratical voyages, go away with the fairies to be courted by The Fairy Queen in a dusk ball, and perfect your circus skills at Head Over Heels so that you may run away with the breathtaking tightrope walkers the Bullzini family.

Partnering with the BFI this year, Just So also has exciting things planned for a new area entirely dedicated to the golden age of Hollywood.

The BFI will be holding filmmaking and slapstick workshops, alongside intimate cinema screenings of family classics such as Mary Poppins, ET and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

The award-winning festival provides a host of imaginative adventures for families of all shapes and sizes with supporting artists and vendors from around the North West such as the spellbinding theatrical Pif Paf, and the foot-stomping Sunderland Skiffle from Macclesfield.

Foodies can enjoy local favourites such as ice-cream purveyor Ginger’s Comfort Emporium and the exotic Moroccan tastes from Flavours Found, to name just two.

Previously working alongside local charities such as Ruby’s Fund, The Gingerbread Housing Scheme and Stigma, Just So has a strong understanding of its families and the heart of a community.

Just So offers a discounted ticket for local residents at £45 for an adult for a day and £15 for a child for a day with under threes going free. Full price tickets are £110 for an adult’s weekend ticket, £50 for a child’s weekend ticket, £50 for an adult’s day ticket and £20 for a child’s day ticket.
