LEARNING new skills and broadening your horizons has never been easier – or cheaper – thanks to a new series of adult education classes in Northwich.

Sir John Deane’s College has launched its latest prospectus which includes a huge variety of courses starting now.

To mark a decade of adult education at SJD’s the college is also slashing the cost of some of its courses – making them the same price as 10 years ago!

Patsy Chuter, adult education manager, said: “We wanted to ensure that our courses are available to as many people as possible.

“Now, more than ever, people are looking for a new challenge and to learn new skills.

“We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in all of our classes, so it’s a great way to meet new people whilst furthering your career prospects.”

Courses beginning this month include everything from computing and digital photography classes to yachting qualifications and wine appreciation.

People looking to take on a new hobby can try dance aerobics, yoga or acrylic painting, or learn one of a variety of foreign languages.
