ARE you always the last to know about that hot summer sale?
Need to be in the know about the latest discounts and promotions on offer?
If you are tired of battling for bus times, or you simply want to navigate your way from shoe shop to coffee shop at the touch of a button, help is finally here in the form of the Mall Vision system.
It is being launched by deputy borough mayor Tony Sherlock on Thursday (November 27) at 10am.
Mall Vision is a revolutionary and ingenious interactive system designed to be a one stop shop for all your retail therapy needs including offers, promotions, discounts, events, public services, time tables and maps.
The system combines touch screen easy to use information points with large screen format messaging, which have been tailor made to the Port Arcades, allowing all visitors to search relevant and up-to-date information at any time they want.
If all this technology sounds complicated to you, don’t worry because using Mall Vision is child’s play.
To test the theory, the Port Arcades would like to invite the fabulous families of Ellesmere Port to come and experiment with Mall Vision, and challenge even the self confessed technophobes amongst you to navigate its user friendly capabilities, and see for yourself how easy it is to work.
Les Lyon, Centre Manager at the Port Arcades commented: “We are very excited about the arrival of Mall Vision and what it will mean to our visitors’ overall experience.
“We hope it will be a great way for them to interact with and personalise their shopping trip in an easy to use and convenient way.
“It is a great vote of confidence in Ellesmere Port that we have been chosen as a site for the Mall Vision experience as mall technology of this complexity has only ever been seen in one or two other huge shopping centres before now.”
