Sunday's big match, the highlight of the American football season, will see Carolina Panthers take on the Denver Broncos at the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.
Meanwhile on the other side of the Pond, on the banks of the River Dee, hundreds of people will pack in to Hickory's Smokehouse for a Super Bowl party.
The event, now in its sixth year at the USA-themed Chester venue, is the brainchild of avid American football fan and Hickory’s owner, Jason Bligh.
'It’s going to be an amazing night'
Jason, who has seen the event grow in popularity from its first year when 50 people attended, said: "Obviously we are totally crazy about all things American here at Hickory’s. From our authentic 'Smokers' imported direct from Memphis to our painstakingly researched menu and impressive selection of original US beers and spirits, we really couldn’t let the Super Bowl pass without a big ‘All American’ party.
"We just hope all the football fans, guests and Hicks regulars have a total blast. It’s going to be an amazing night."
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl.
The game will be shown on 25 big screens at Hickory's, who have booked cheerleaders and a half time show, while all staff will be dressed to represent the various teams from across the States.
Can I still get a ticket?
The all-night celebration kicks off from 11.30pm on Sunday (February 7) and Chester’s very own American football team, The Romans, who are sponsored by the restaurant, will be guests of honour.
More than 400 tickets have already been snapped up and the event is expected to sell out, with more than 500 guests in attendance.
