Police are appealing for information after arsonists set fire to two skips in Frodsham .
Fire crews from Frodsham were called to extinguish the blaze just off Bridge Lane, near Frodsham Watersports, shortly before 7.15pm yesterday (Wednesday, November 23).
Two skips and a pile of wood had been deliberately set alight.
A Cheshire Fire Service spokesman said: “Firefighters were called to a report of a fire off Bridge Lane in Frodsham.
“When they arrived crews found that there were two skips on fire as well as a pile of wood.
“Crews used hose reel jets to put the fire out.”
An investigation has been launched to find those responsible.
