Year 6 young ambassador leaders at Saughall All Saints Primary School took it upon themselves to organise a fundraising event for the Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
The event took place in the form of a fun run for the whole school.
For a monetary donation, the children could run, jog or walk for a set period of time whilst wearing their pyjamas or onesies.
The children who organised the event were able to present a cheque for £270 to representatives from the Backford-based Hospice of the Good Shepherd.
