Chester Lions Club donates funds to music groups

CHESTER Lions Club has made a donation to two music groups which were on song for a fundraiser.

CHESTER Lions Club has made a donation to two music groups which were on song for a fundraiser.

Farndon and District Brass Band and women’s choir The Chester Songbirds gave their services free to the Lions Club musical extravaganza at Eaton Hall last year.

President Mike Hill and Lions Peter Upton and Peter Bellion presented a cheque for £250 to Farndon brass band representatives Dawn Humphreys and Kari Kerr and £150 to the musical director of The Chester Songbirds An Croenen.
