A Chester based estate agent is celebrating after picking up eight separate accolades at this year’s British Property Awards.
Cavendish Residential travelled to London to attend one of the biggest annual events in the estate agency calendar and was delighted to come away with no fewer than eight awards.
The firm - which covers large areas of Cheshire and North Wales - was recognised for its outstanding professional services while the Chester branch won gold and the Hawarden branch won gold for Flintshire and with Ruthin nabbing gold for Denbighshire.
On a national level, the Chester branch picked up a silver award for best agency in the North West region and the Ruthin branch won a silver for the whole of Wales.
Director Hugh Evans said: “It really was an amazing and humbling evening. As truly independent and local estate agents it really means so much to us that we have been recognised and awarded this title.
“We were all taken aback by the number of awards that Cavendish have won this year but perhaps we shouldn’t be – after all we pride ourselves on delivering a consistent, tried and tested sales focused strategy across all our branches.
“So I suppose it makes sense to win across the board as we have the same ethos, the same process and the same motivation.”
The British Property Awards were created by a dedicated team of previous estate agency owners who believe that the industry is unfairly judged by some consumers, due to the shortcomings of some estate agents.
