Fresh from her GB triathlon challenge in Chicago, Chester-based BBC presenter Louise Minchin is taking part in a Q&A session on the BBC Breakfast Facebook page this morning (Wednesday, September 23).
The mum-of-two, who is a member of Chester Triathlon Club, represented GB in the ITU World Championships in Chicago on September 19, finishing 71st in her age group (45-49).
The 47-year-old finished in a time of 2.36.53 saying: “It was a very tough run and I finished because of the incredible support along the way.
"What a day, I think I am 71st in the world, proud to finish and to have been here with these awesome athletes.”
Louise qualified for the world championships shortly after the Chester Triathlon in June this year.
The question and answer session begins at 9.30am.
