Chester-based photographer Liam Crawley LBIPP, was awarded the title of Wedding Photographer of the Year 2014 at the recent British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP) North West Professional Photography Awards.
In addition he also won three gold awards in Reportage Weddings, Creative Weddings, and Best Wedding Album categories, and a silver and bronze award in the Creative Weddings category.
The BIPP North West Professional Photography Awards are open to all professional photographers in the North West and who are members of the BIPP, the leading qualifying body of the photographic profession.
The awards presentation took place at the Worsley Marriott Hotel near Manchester.
BIPP president Roy Meiklejon said: “It is an honour to acknowledge the achievements, pure skill and dedication of professional photographers. Those who have received awards produced some beautiful and original images which truly stood out from the crowd and encompassed what being a professional photographer is really about.”
Liam runs his business – CJ Weddings – with his wife Bee, shooting weddings all over Cheshire, Manchester, the North West, and further afield. They are known for their fusion of reportage, documentary, creative, fine art and alternative wedding photography styles and to date have shot over 400 weddings.
