FANS of Premier League Burnley helped a cancer charity fundraiser as he attended his 10th game on the Runcorn2Wembley FA Cup run.
Richard Knowles, 35, of Godscroft Lane, Frodsham, has raised £3,000 for Cancer Research UK by collecting donations at every round of the FA Cup since August.
The football fundraiser said: “A thank you must go to the fans of MK Dons and Burnley, along with customers of Asda.
“Everyone associated with Runcorn2Wembley is delighted with the money raised so far and we look forward to the next round.”
Joined by friends and family, Richard collected £450.96 from fans in Milton Keynes.
