Chester Racecourse is set for a bumper weekend as fashion forward racegoers purchased their tickets well in advance of Echo Falls Ladies Day, this Saturday, August 20.
With limited availability remaining, racegoers have been scrambling to secure their tickets for this hotly tipped fixture.
The racecard has seven spectacular races to entertain the crowds, beginning with The ANS Means Business E.B.F Maiden Stakes (Plus 10 race) at 2.05pm. The final race of the day is The Controlled Event Solutions Handicap Stakes and concludes the day at 5.35pm.
Californian wine brand Echo Falls return as title sponsor for a second year running, after a successful first year sponsoring the iconic Chester Ladies Day. Families, friends and race goers are in for a summer treat as they enjoy refreshing samples of the Echo Falls Fruit Fusions range from the branded VW Campervan on site. And that’s not all, Echo Falls will also be saving those tired feet, with flip flop giveaways throughout the afternoon.
Looking ahead to the day, Brand Manager for Echo Falls Laurence Hinton said: “We’re delighted to be the title sponsor for Ladies Day at Chester’s historic racecourse for the second year running. Ladies Day is synonymous with good friends on a great day out - an ethos very similar to our own. We’ll be on site again this year sampling our hugely successful Fruit Fusions range so come and see us and enjoy a refreshing tipple whilst taking in the spectacle of the races.”
Getting into the festive sprit early, Chester Race Company’s catering and events arm; Horseradish, will be inviting racegoers to step into Christmas and secure their place in a prize draw to win a Christmas Party at Chester Racecourse this coming festive season. Racegoers can learn more about the competition by going online at chetser-races.com and should be on the lookout for the Racecourse Elves on the day!
chesterBET launch two new initiatives this Saturday with the introduction of Contactless betting (up to £30 using a debit card) and a cashback facility enabling racegoers to place a £5 (or more) bet with their debit card and receive up to £95 cashback. Contactless betting is the first initiative of its kind at UK Racecourses, whilst cashback it yet to be introduced by mainstream betting shops.
Head of gaming at Chester Race Company Tony May said: “We’re so pleased to be launching two additional services for racegoers on an extremely busy fixture at Chester. We hope that the introduction of contactless betting and a cashback facility will greatly improve experience for racegoers whilst removing barriers to accessing amenities on a raceday.”
