The show has had a number of car crash weddings, including one being held in a theme park and one nearly called off because the groom didn't invite the bride's family and friends to Las Vegas.

Chester menswear shop Groom on Northgate Street was featured on the programme in 2011 when bridegroom Nick Royle chose the shop to purchase attire for his big day.
