Chester Operatic Society are bringing a musical version of the 1970s hit TV show to the city, with beloved characters Gomez, Morticia, Uncle Fester and Lurch.

As the tale unfolds, dad Gomez is facing a dilemma - his daughter Wednesday, (the ultimate princess of darkness) has fallen in love with a young man from a respectable, ordinary family, and, as if that isn't upsetting enough, she has begged him not to tell her mother.

Gomez has to try and keep the secret from his formidable wife Morticia, until all will be revealed on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's new boyfriend and his parents. What could possibly go wrong?
