Chester based youth arts education and development organisation Minerva Arts is organizing a festival that will encompass a collaboration of music, dance and drama by young artists.

In Bloom season will take place in St Mary’s Creative Space in Chester on June 4 with Influx Arts at 7.30pm and on Tuesday, June 7 with Encompass Collective.

Influx Arts will be presenting one of their cabaret shows featuring drama, music, dance and more from local artists and Encompass Collective will be sharing the very latest in contemporary dance.

Director of Minerva Arts Steph Brocken said: “This year is a pilot for the In Bloom season, enabling us to showcase the work of some of the brightest talents in Chester, all with a focus on the new and unusual.

“We hope that this will be a starting point for St. Mary’s becoming a hub for innovative and contemporary performance in years to come and that people will support this pilot year to enable us to make In Bloom bigger and better next year.”

Tickets are available for £5 from http://www.minervaarts.com/ and http://www.stmaryscreativespace.co.uk
