The Fallows release their debut album Hurricane this month and to coincide with the release the band will be performing an album launch gig in Chester’s Live Rooms on Friday, November 28.

The Fallows are a four piece indie rock ‘n’ roll band based near Chester. The band has its roots firmly fixed in the Wirral and Liverpool but has migrated south in recent years to the city.

The band have rehearsed, written and recorded their debut album Hurricane on the outskirts of the city, in Barrow’s Factory Studios.

The band formed in 2010 with lead singer Gavin Swann and guitarist Mike Mullard, emerging from previous musical escapades.

Bassist Stuart Williams joined the band after meeting Gavin and Mike at a mutual friend’s indie night and immediately induced a psychedelic sentiment to the band which still resonates in the sound today.

Martin Leah was the final piece in the jigsaw of The Fallows line-up and would make the sound complete with his robust and driving drumming style.

Over the last two years The Fallows enhanced their craft and style supporting some legendary bands on the way, such as the Charlatans and Cast.

Not to shy away from the centre of attention the band has also performed at mainstream festivals alongside headline acts such as The Courteeners and Razorlight.
