Are you looking to indulge yourself this Easter weekend?

There are lots of food and drink offers available in some of Chester 's most popular restaurants and bars, along with fun events including live music and also a beer festival.

The racecourse restaurant's roof lounge and terrace will be open on Easter Monday.

There will be a sumptuous selection of specially-created cocktails and tasty platters, and also deep house and soul music all day with their resident DJ. No need to pre-book.

The Bouv will be serving homemade roast dinners on Easter Sunday, two for £12.

There will also be an Easter-themed quiz from 8pm on Sunday with free sausage and chips for all participants.

The award-winning hotel is serving up Easter afternoon tea on Friday, March 25, Saturday, March 26 and Monday, March 28.

You can enjoy their limited edition tea with a selection of sandwiches, homemade scones, cakes and treats, hand-blended tea and a flute of Prosecco Brut for £25.75 per person.

The Easter Sunday lunch menu costs £32.50 per person for three courses.

Harkers boast a choice of 12 homemade pies and up to 20 supreme champion beers of Britain all week, until Easter Sunday.

They will still be serving their normal daily menu alongside the regular line-up of beers.

You don't need to book but it is recommended.

The Forgotten Heroes Independent Beer Festival runs here from Friday, March 25 to Sunday, March 27.

Buy a burger and get a pint of Blueball beer for £1.

Enjoy a family meal at Frankie & Benny's this Easter Sunday, when kids eat free.

The Commercial, St Peter’s Courtyard, Northgate St, Chester CH1 2HG

There is entertainment here all weekend, with live music on the outdoor stage.

On Good Friday, My Eleventh Toe will be performing at 10pm. On Saturday, resident DJs Jamie Holmes and Jesse 'Stet' Cooper start at 8pm until late. Then on Easter Sunday, Trevor Roots and The Collaborators will be performing at 9pm

Also on Easter Sunday, you can get a Sunday roast with either a pint of beer or a glass of wine for £10.

An outside bar will be available over Easter.

A deli dining menu available on Easter Sunday which includes two nibbles, one deli board and two glasses of Prosecco for £20.

There will also be a chocolate club in collaboration with Thorntons with tickets priced at £10.50 for adults and £8 for the kids.

This includes a chocolate egg decorating workshop with a chocolate fountain to enjoy as well.

The price also includes a chocolate rosé cocktails or a chocolate milk for the littles ones.

A special Easter Sunday menu will be available, costing £25 per person and £15 per child.
