Dinner will be served from Chester this evening on Channel 4.
The popular Come Dine with Me programme features four Cestrians in an episode to be broadcast this evening (August 26).
The show, at 5pm, will see contestants battling to win £1,000 by hosting the best dinner party.
It promises ‘shocking revelations’ as four strangers from Chester try to earn the prize.
Each takes it in turn to provide an evening of food and entertainment, then their guests will give them a score based on how it went. The highest score at the end of the week takes home the cash.
First up will be David Bloomburg, who reportedly fails to impress one of his new guests, Emma Fisher, on their initial meeting.
The next host is Natalie Cutts and she is behind the shock to the group, as well as trying to increase the ‘fun factor’ at her party.
Emma, a French teacher, attempts to put on night of sophistication and ‘Je ne sais quoi’.
Finally banker Tom will try to top them all and win the £1,000.
Four years ago, the Chester choir A Handbag of Harmonies provided the entertainment on a similar episode of the programme.
Come Dine with Me is shown at 5pm tonight on Channel 4.
