More than 2,000 people have enjoyed a spectacular fireworks display in Ellesmere Port.
Whitby Park throbbed with the sound of exploding gunpowder with weather conditions perfect for the dazzling lights.
The annual event organised by the Ellesmere Port Lions Club began at 4.30pm on Friday.
Capital FM were on hand as well as a fun fair with rides for all ages for the family-friendly event.
