RELATED STORY:Cheshire Rural Touring Arts bring theatre to communities throughout the county

Captain Morgan and the Sands of Time contains all the monsters, sword fights and shivered timbers you’d expect from a Hollywood blockbuster, delivered by just two actors, Joe Newton and Ed Richards, and one musician, Dave Ridley.

Captain Morgan and First Mate Hammond quest for the secrets of time-travel in a rip-roaring adventure comedy for all the family.

Producer Matt Lister said: “This is a fast-paced, high energy comedy for all the family and we can’t wait to introduce Captain Morgan to Cheshire’s rural audiences this spring. You’ll be taken on a pirate adventure featuring over 40 characters all played by just two actors, accompanied by a musician. It’s a swashbuckling show you really won’t want to miss!”

The shows form part of Cheshire Rural Touring Arts’ (CRTA) spring season of touring, taking professional arts events to rural venues and libraries across the county.
