Local magician Paul Dabek has just returned from a 10 week tour of Australia and the Middle East and is set to dazzle at Chester Music Theatre on Saturday, April 25.

Paul will be bringing The I Hate Children Children’s Show, a magic show for all the family as well as his adult comedy magic show Mischief, which will be playing the whole month of August at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

The I Hate Children Children’s show is a mix of comedy, magic and music and smashed box office numbers in Australia at the Adelaide Fringe Festival with a sold out-run.

Over the last three months Paul has been headlining at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, Dubai Street Festival and Melbourne Comedy festival with several of his shows.

In Adelaide Paul was featured on Channel Ten news and 5AA radio fooling both viewers and listeners alike. The press praised both shows highly awarding them four and five star reviews.

Paul said: “I’m delighted to be coming to Chester after such a long and extensive tour. The shows are really picking up momentum and I’m so pleased I have this opportunity to bring them back home, where my career began.

“The most exciting thing is that this is the first time I’ve been able to offer shows that are truly for the whole family. I’m ecstatic that The I Hate Children Children’s Show will have its Cestrian debut ahead of London performances later this year and, of course, the Edinburgh fringe.”

The I Hate Children Children’s Show is on at 2pm, on Saturday, April 25. Tickets adults £8 children £6. Paul Dabek - Mischief will be on at 8pm, tickets £12.
