A classic TV sit com is about to be revived for the stage in Chester.

Men Behaving Badly is coming to the Forum Studio Theatre in Hamilton Place from March 1-5, directed by Andy Jordan and James Radhi of RJ Productions.

Men Behaving Badly provided the prototype for a generation. It observed real life with its depiction of how two men - Gary and Tony - spent their time.

It provided an operational manual for all men on how to get in the pizza and beer, sit in front of the TV and talk about football and women.

And while they conducted belching contests and chased ladies while running in the opposite direction from anything that involved responsibility or commitment, their neighbours Deborah and Dorothy remained enduringly fond.
