WINNINGTON gave Lymm a head start at Burrow's Hill on Saturday and never caught up.
By the time Park found their stride, 15 minutes into the match, they were already 19 points adrift and facing their eighth defeat of the season.
Lymm were worthy winners and took full advantage of Winnington's weakness early on with tries from captain Fletcher (2) and prop McNicols, two of which were converted.
The visitors won good line-out play, kept possession well and dominated the early exchanges and it was only after they had scored three tries that Park eventually got some good possession and cut the deficit via two Ben Barton penalties.
Had the referee been stronger, Lymm's hooker might have been sin binned for repeatedly killing the ball.
Park finished the half strongly and after good work from the returning Andy Barnes, Will Burgess scored from close range. The try went unconverted but Winnington were back in with a chance.
Lymm started the second half well and scored through a Shaw penalty before play became scrappy. Park tidied up their rough edges and scored a fine try through lock forward Carl Patterson. Skipper Barton, whose long pass missed out two players to reach Patterson, created the try.
However, Lymm got the next score through captain Fletcher which killed off Park and took the gap to 13 points.
Park scored last through Rob Burchell after great work by Matt Dodds and Barnes, who tied in the Lymm defence for Mark Patterson to feed Burchell. But it was too little too late.
Coach Mark Warr said: 'Silly mistakes cost us. But we are capable of moving up the table and I have every confidence in the squad.'
Park 2nds lost at Warrington 2nds 43-28 (Joe Ellis, Rob Garbett, Owen Tunney Phil Parrott tries; Ellis 4 cons).
Second-half tries by Dave Lilley and Gareth Williams and four penalties and a conversion by Paul Escott gave Park 3rds a 24-17 win at Moore 2nds.
Park Senior Colts crashed 39-0 at Newcastle and the Under 15s were knocked out of the Cheshire Cup 26-0 at home by Altrincham Kersal.
