TEAMS from Broughton, Saltney and Kinnerton were among those going for glory at a primary schools netball tour nament.
The Flintshire Primary Schools Competition, played at Castell Alun High School in Hope, attracted 26 teams.
Tournament organiser Liz Edwards said: 'It was an excellent competition and the weather held for us.
'The standard of netball was very high and all games were played in the best of spirits.'
Custom House Lane School, of Connah's Quay, took the title thanks to a hard-fought 6-5 win in extra-time over Golftyn Primary.
