Title winners at the double

HALFWAY Aces, Section One champions in the Barbara Rawlinson Memorial Darts League, had a handsome double win in their latest match.

They beat bottom-of-the-table Grapevine 7-0 in the league and followed up with a 5-0 in the challenge.

Pointers maintained winning ways in the league at the expense of Burma Star. But Burma fought back to win 3-2 in the Challenge.

RNA had twin success against Halton RBL, beating them 5-2 and 4-1.

Points were shared between Cathy's Royals and Windy Lasses.

The Lasses won the league encounter 5-2 and the Royals the Challenge 4-1.

Section Two champions Flights maintained their impressive form with a 6-1, 3-2 win over Croft Ladies.

Weaver Belles, the Challenge winners, triumphed 6-1 and 4-1 against Pat's Angels.

Eggie Girls won 5-3 and 3-2 against Pavilions, keeping alive their hopes of runners-up spot in the league.
