THE energy levels of sports teams from Widnes & Runcorn Sixth Form College knows no bounds.
Students will be back on their travels this Sunday (July 9), heading to Barbados for a summer tour.
It is hoped the trip is just as successful and rewarding as last year's Canada trip.
Tour Director and PE teacher Chris Ratcliffe will be leading the party of 32 football and netball players for the 16-day expedition.
The teams will play fixtures against local schools and clubs, sample the local culture and see what the remarkable sights Barbados has to offer.
The touring party has issued a vote of thanks to the event sponsors Tipo-graphic Ltd.
Any prospective students at the college might like to know future tours being planned include Malaysia and Singapore in 2007 for football and mixed hockey and, in 2008, rugby league and netball to South Africa.
