ELLESMERE Port Ladies played host to Bollington at Sutton Sports Centre on Saturday but went down 4-0 in their league fixture.
Port struggled to cope with the visitors' centre forward, who dominated proceedings throughout and finished the day with a hat-trick.
Next up is a trip to Sale on Saturday. In men's action, Bebington kept up their promotion push with a 3-1 win over City of Manchester.
Only one team will go up and placings will depend on this weekend's results, but after falling behind, Bebington bounced back with goals from Rich Little (2) and Alan Pugh.
The second team's relegation battle took a setback as they were beaten 1-0 by promotion-chasing Oxton, who netted with a hotly-disputed goal while Bebington also missed a penalty.
Bebington thirds are also chasing promotion and secured a 3-1 win against Rhyl firsts as Andy Mottram, Simon Reed and Kris Bark all netted.
The fourth team had mixed results as they played on both Saturday and Sunday. Firstly, they arrived late at Macclesfield and never really got going in a 4-1 reversal, despite Phil Reid's strike.
They had better fortune 24 hours later against Northop Hall, as Neal Tolley and Leigh Kelly were both on the mark in a 2-0 success.
Bebington fifths endured a torrid time against their Oxton counterparts as they were mauled 8-2, despite Dave Watson's penalty and a Neal Tolley effort, while the sixth team were also beaten, losing 2-0 at Sale thirds.
