GOLF coach and junior tournament promoter Graham Moore has announced details of his 2007 programme and is giving young players the chance to experience the equivalent of big-time competition.

They can enter the tour itself, three one-day events or even a single tournament.

Moore, of Keepers Lane, Weaverham, said: 'The courses are related to ages and have realistic distances to enable players to achieve gross pars, birdies and eagles.

'The majority of events are played at championship courses, which are unique to us and the aim is to give youngsters a feel of a professional golf event.

'The tasters give Tour members the chance to play against the best young players in the country who cannot play in all the fixtures.'

The GM Junior International Tour comprises 16 competitions throughout the home nations and culminates with a three-day Tour Masters and Tour Championship and a two-day Tournament Play-ers Championship at Woodhall Spa, Lincs.

And it all fits into the summer holidays.

The tour starts at Charleton, near St Andrew's, Fife, on July 23 and includes Elmwood, St Michael's (also Fife); Deer Park (twice), Killerig, Knockanally in Ireland; Scarborough, Hawkstone, De Vere Belfry, Portal, Wildwood, Wyke Green and Roehampton in England and Welsh venues at Anglesey and Gower.
