HOCKEY: BEBINGTON'S men ended their league season on Saturday with a 2-2 draw at home to Formby seconds.
The result ensures that they achieved a fifth-place finish in the North League Division Two West table.
The seconds went down 7-0 at West Derby firsts and finish seventh in North West Division Two, while the thirds defeated Knutsford seconds 4-1 to finish ninth in Division Five South.
Bebington's fourth and fifth teams, who finished 10th and 11th respectively in Division Seven South, both suffered big losses, going down 5-1 to Bowdon sevenths and 11-3 to Llandudno firsts respectively.
