GREAT Sutton Ladies picked up a draw and a defeat from their two matches played over the weekend.
Their under 14s drew 1-1 with Bradwell. Great Sutton went 1-0 up in the second half thanks to a 20-yard strike from Dani Pulford, but Bradwell equalised 10 minutes from time.
Girl of the match was defender Katie Priest
Great Sutton U16s lost a thriller against Frodsham 4-3.
After taking a 3-1 lead with goals from Jess Greybetteridge, Sarah Roberts and Sian Pulford, Great Sutton couldn’t hold on and Frodsham hit back with three goals in the last 10 minutes. Lucy Jenkins was Girl of the match.
Great Sutton U14s are looking to recruit players (school years eight and nine) and the U16s (school years 10 and 11) require a goalkeeper.
