WOODLANDS put on a five-star show as they returned from ITCL Gunners with three Premier Division points.

Ryan Nicol was the hat-trick hero in the 5-2 success with Mo Doyle and Kev West completing the scoring for the third-placed side.

Gunners, who lie fifth, responded through Tom Bowen and Chris Gear.

Westminster were comfortable 4-1 home winners against second-placed Wing Half (James Curtis) thanks to Carl McLeod, Billy Williams, John Edgerton and Carl Ngiam.

In Division One, leaders Cat remain top on goal difference after John Bridge and Mike Simmons scored in a 2-0 defeat of Hope Farm Rangers.

A Mike Stinton own goal was enough for Westminster Reserves to win 1-0 at Grace Reserves.

Third-placed Little Sutton just had the edge over The Bull as they claimed a 3-2 home success.

Mike Urmston was at the double for Little Sutton with Darren Schroeder making it three. Chris Doyle and Garth Higgison’s goals proved in vain for The Bull. Old Wirral Hundred crashed 3-0 at home to SCFC 94. Goals from Keith Robinson, Wayne Manning and Tony Wedge did the damage.

Sir Robert (Lee Hearn) lost 3-1 at home to ITCL Gunners Reserves, who scored through Lee Morris, Andy Rothery and Mike Bromilow.

Travellers Rest hit bottom side Rivacre (Paul Murray) for six as Phil Evans (3), Steve Sailes, Mark Lyness and Danny Lynch netted in a 6-1 win.
