GRACE continued their march towards the Premier Division title with a 6-2 victory over Wing Half.

Two apiece from Scott Rowley, Steve Armitage and James Keelan gave them the win, with Neil McKinnon and a Mike Murray penalty registering for Wing.

But Grace’s fate could be out of their hands. Westminster currently have six games in hand and could still be crowned champions.

On Sunday they lost ground on the top, losing 2-1 at Castrol Villa.

Woodlands are out of the hunt, despite their 3-1 win at FC Sportsmans. Mark Hughes, Danny Riley and Ryan Nicholl scored for the visitors.

White Swan’s survival battle was dealt a blow by ITCL Gunners. Tom Bowen (2), Chris Gear and Jordan Ford gave them a 4-0 win.

In Shell Division One, SCFC 94 remained hot on the heels of leaders Cat with a 5-2 win at Grace Reserves.

Cat, with four games in hand, stayed one point ahead of the pack with a 5-1 win over Sir Robert.

Little Sutton beat Old Wirral Hundred 5-2.

Only a miracle would see Rivacre come off the bottom before the end of the season and visiting ITCL Gunners underlined that with a 7-2 victory.

Travellers Rest’s clash with Hope Farm Rangers ended 1-1. Westminster Reserves retain an outside hope of the title after their 3-2 win over the Bull.
