THE Chester Festival of Golf proved to be a big draw, pulling in 164 competitors from four city clubs.
Golfers from Eaton, Vicars Cross, Upton and host club Chester took part in the Greensome medal competition on Friday.
The competition winners were Chester Golf Club’s Maureen Thompson and Angela Moss, who picked up their prize from the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Chester, Brian and Raewyn Bailey.
