Ending with 22-10-0 of carp and tench, he beat Ian Lloyd with likewise for 22-8-0 and Dave Grimes with 17-10-0.

Dave Wilcocks reeled in the biggest haul in the Wednesday evening Lobol AC match on their priory pool. A bit of everything added up to 14-8-0 for Wilcocks, better than Ian Palmer's 13-12-0 and Paul Wynn's 11-8-0.

Top rod in Lobol's Saturday match at the willow pool at Hampton Springs Fishery was Peter Cooke with carp weighing 28-0-0, just edging ahead of Glyn Maddocks' barbel and bream for 26-4-0. Both were well clear of Barry Carlson in third with 13-0-0.
