PAUL Butler’s Commonwealth super-flyweight title challenge has been delayed by almost a month.

The 24-year-old from Great Sutton was due to take on champion Yaqub Kareem at the Liverpool Olympia on Friday, March 8.

But Butler’s Nigerian opponent has encountered problems being issued with a Visa in time and so the fight – and the entire undercard, featuring Ellesmere Port’s Matty Fagan – has been rescheduled.

It will now take place on Friday, April 12, at the same venue.

Tickets bought with the old date printed on them will be valid for the new date.
