Having bowled well throughout the competition, he defeated Ernie Ellis (Willow Brook B) 21-13.
Semi-finals had seen Ellison overcome Maurice Melvin of Pavilions D 21-5 while Ellis beat Basil Southerton from Manley B 21-17.
Losing quarter-finalists were Keith Worrall (Helsby), Barry Hopley (Union Tavern) plus Pavilions D duo Doug Pill and Ron Waring.
The Alf Jones Cup was lifted by Manley B, who defeated Crowton by 23 chalks.
