MILLBROOK Junior Badminton Club are the champions of the Wirral!
They romped to victory in the Wirral Badminton League’s Premier Division with a 100% record, winning all 10 of their games.
In the junior league, for under 16s, they conceded just 38 sets and won 138 – 12 more than closest rivals Rock Ferry.
The team, which plays and trains at The Hub on Whitby Road, stepped up a gear after last season finishing runners-up to Cheshire Oaks.
Millbrook play on Tuesday nights between 7-9pm.
New members are always welcome to learn the sport and join the team.
