RACE aces from West Cheshire AC have been put through their paces by a top GB coach.

Junior sprinters at the club attended a four-hour workshop hosted by Bob Gaisie, a Great Britain junior international sprint coach.

The session was held at West Cheshire’s Stanney Oaks track in Ellesmere Port. Gaisie, a level four qualified coach based at Manchester, coaches Chester-based Welsh international sprinter Lucy Evans and Great Britain junior international Shaunna Thompson.
