ANGLING: FOLLOWING a recent catch of a zander from the Dee, the Environment Agency has urged anglers not to return any future catches to the river.

Zander are a predatory species and a threat to other fish stocks, and any fish caught in the future should be retained before contacting the agency on 0800 807660. This number is shown on the Dee's rod licence.
