HALFWAY Aces and Burma will meet tonight (Thursday) in Barbara Rawlinson Memorial Darts League's Town Championship final.
In the semis, Burma defeated Croft while Halfway Aces marched to a 6-1 victory over giant-killers Dock.
The big showdown will share the spotlight at Pavilions with the Committee Cup final in which Bottom House await the winners of last night's tie between Wellington and Pavilions.
In the Town Championship first round, Dock had knocked out Section One league winners and qualifying-competition hosts War Memorial 4-3 while Halfway Aces defeated Halton Royal British Legion 6-1.
Burma overcame Raven 4-3 while Croft accounted for Clarry, also by the narrowest margin.
The preliminary round of the Committee Cup had seen Flights beat Pat's Angels 4-3 and Fe-Lions eliminate Tranny All Stars by the same scoreline.
Round one resulted in Bottom House whitewashing Pavilions Wanderers 7-0, New Pavilions edging out Flights 4-3, Pavilions pipping Fe-Lions by the odd game and Wellington knocking out Barge 5-2.
The first semi brought a 4-3 victory for Bottom House over New Pavilions.
Tonight's finals start at 8.30pm and will be followed by general presentations relating to the league's Section Two.
