WAVERTON Rockets were involved in a 4-4 draw with Elton Youth in the under 11s section of the Chester and District Junior League.
The Division A clash, played in strong winds, was an entertaining affair. Both teams were a credit to their respective clubs.
Elton’s scorers were Ryan Spencer, Matthew Collins and Aaron Catterall (2), with Jamie Douglas named their man of the match.
For Waverton, scorers were Tom Ward, Dylan Bevan-Jones, Seb Middleton and Archie Roebuck.
