NEW Northwich Victoria manager Steve Davis has added to his defensive strength by signing versatile Chester City player Lee Woodyatt on a one-year contract.
Released by City at the end of last season, Woodyatt, 24, can play in central defence or full-back.
England non-League international midfielder Richard Norris has agreed a two-year contract at Wincham Park, despite a tempting offer by Conference rivals Morecambe. One-time Crewe Alexandra winger Steve Garvey has also signed a two-year deal.
