ALSAGER Town U18s handed out a 7-0 thrashing to lowly Stone Dominoes U18s in the Staffs County Minor Youth League Premier Division on Sunday.

Top-of-the-table Town hit top form, and got notched three goals in the first 15 minutes. Ollie Rabie headed home from Adrian Mc-Garry's corner, before Tom Farr and Aaron Rigby each hit the net.

Midfielders Mark Porter and McGarry made it 5-0 before the break, while Tom Gibson and another from Farr completed the rout late on.

Crewe 16s threw away a 2-0 lead, courtesy of a Steve Johnson brace, to go down 3-2 to Burslem.

In the Cheadle and District Junior League, Nantwich Town U15s crushed Newcastle Town U15s 9-0 thanks to Nathan Southern (3), Josh Hancock (2), Lucas Thornton (2), Elliot Edwards and Kelvin Mellor.

The U13s lost 4-2 to Kidsgrove in the South Cheshire Youth League, despite the efforts of Mitch Dutton and Anthony Wright.

Sandbach United U7s tasted victory and defeat in their double header with Grappenhall. Jake Tew and Kieran Furse scored in a 2-0 win, but they went down 2-0 in the second clash.

The U8s played Frodsham at home, losing the first game 2-1 (Harrison Bowyer) and the second 2-0. The U9 Falcons lost to Witton Albion 2-1 (Niall Clowes) and won 3-2 (Jack Townsend, Charles Hanlon, Lewis Critchley).
