CHESTER'S youth team will be hoping to build on last weekend's victory at Accrington Stanley when they entertain Wigan Athletic tomorrow.

Youth team manager Jim Hackett was delighted with the 4-1 win over Stanley but is expecting a much tougher test against the Latics.

He said: 'We played Wigan three times last season and lost each time.

'On paper, the fact that they are a Premiership club and we are in League Two suggests that we should be an easy touch for them. However, I'm sure that the Wigan coaches will remember our games from last season and how close the two league games were.'

City were in magnificent form in their opening match against Stanley with Paul McManus, Jack Rowlands, Sean Newton and Neil Carroll all on target.
