ROTHERHAM striker Ryan Taylor hopes to shake off a virus in time for tomorrow’s trip to the Deva Stadium.

The 20-year-old forward missed training on Tuesday but was due back yesterday.

Taylor has been involved in 14 of the last 15 Millers games, either as a starter or when going on as a substitute.

Rotherham boss Mark Robins was impressed by his performance in last Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Wycombe.

He said: “He did well and only lacked a goal. I thought he was going to score early on. We have got to work on his right foot to help improve his game.”

Taylor began last Saturday’s game as part of a front three along with Chris O’Grady and Derek Holmes, who was a transfer target for previous Blues boss Mark Wright last season.
