A tremendous team performance helped the Blues pull off an FA Cup upset and reach the second round for the first time in eight years.
Ben Heneghan and Craig Mahon got the goals as Steve Burr's men knocked out the Football League side at Roots Hall.
Heneghan gave them the lead on five minutes but Barry Corr replied from the spot on 31 minutes in an entertaining first period.
Six minutes into the second half, Mahon drilled the ball home from outside the box and some stout defending repelled late Shrimpers pressure.
