FORMER Chester City boss Ian Rush has been helping League Two rivals Wrexham in their fight for survival.
Rush, who began his playing career at Chester and ended it at Wrexham before returning to manage the Blues, coached the Dragons' strikers last week.
Wrexham boss Brian Carey said the Anfield legend, whose work now includes summarising football matches for Sky Sports, visits the club 'now and again'.
Carey added: 'If he volunteers to run a coaching session why would I argue? But it will only ever be on a casual basis because he is a busy man.'
