AIRBUS produced an impressive display against Everton’s rising stars on Saturday.

A Ryan Edwards spot-kick gave them a 1-0 lead at the interval, but the Merseysiders struck three times through Kieran Agard with a brace and Adam Forshaw. Mark Allen pulled a goal back at the Airfield, but Airbus lost 3-2.

The Wingmakers entertain Kidsgrove on Saturday (kick-off 2pm).

After losing 5-1 to a Blackburn Rovers XI last Tuesday, Vauxhall Motors bounced back on Saturday to beat AFC Liverpool 3-2.

Motors forged into a 3-0 lead through Josh Hine (2) and sub Michael Burke. Boss Carl Macauley made numerous changes and Liverpool hit back with a brace in the last 10 minutes.

Motors’ match at Caernarfon Town on Saturday has been switched to Rivacre Park (3pm). Wrexham visit on Tuesday (7.30pm).

Malpas JFC under 13s, who play in the Chester and District Sunday League, want new players. They train on a Wednesday evening at Malpas Sports Club.
