LEAGUE form was held up in the second round of the Chester FA Challenge Cup on Saturday when Premier Division outfit Hoole Rangers beat Division One visitors Kelsall 5-0.
Ian Hastings scored a brace and Dave Tinsley, Joe Jordan and Jeremy Finnin added the other goals.
In the second round of the Cayzer Shield, Division One leaders Duddon United came unstuck as they went down 5-3 at home to Upton Borough, who had Lee Dennon, Danny Andrews, Ian Holmes (2) and an own goal to thank.

Hat-tricks by Chris Donnolly and Leon Whitley earned Brewery Arms a 6-2 home win against Upton VC, while Steve Cairns scored the Blacon YC Reserves' goal in a 3-1 home defeat by Barrow Athletic.
Adam Walton was on target for Tarporley Vics in a 1-1 home draw with Frodsham United (John Colbourne), and a Graham Bennion double gave Waggon and Horses OB a 2-1 home win over Newton Athletic Youth (og).
