NATIONWIDE Conference leaders Chester City face an awkward trip to Hampshire tomorrow, to face third-placed Aldershot Town at the Recreation Ground.

The southerners possess the best home record in the division, having gleaned 25 points from a possible 27.

City boss Mark Wright is aware of the task facing his side: "Al-dershot have done extremely well in this their first season in the Conference.

"They have scored a lot of goals, and are one of the top scorers in the league, so we will have to be aware defensively."

Wright continued: "Being top of the League means that other teams see us as the side to beat, but we relish the pressure and are thriving on it."

Midfielder Paul Carden returns to the City squad following a one-match suspension, but Chester have a slight doubt surrounding the fitness of defender Phil Bolland, who missed last weekend's game against Barnet because of an ankle injury.
